Background
Forza Skillz is a thriving children’s football club based in London, founded by a former footballer and his partner during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past few years, the club has experienced significant growth, catering to toddlers through teenagers and even seeing some of its students scouted by top football clubs.
The owner faced several challenges, including difficulties in managing bookings and payments, frequent last-minute cancellations leading to financial loss, and constant interruptions from parents via phone calls. Parents expressed frustration with limited payment options and the inconvenience of purchasing sessions individually rather than in bulk.

To address these challenges, I devised a comprehensive UI redesign solution:
Implemented a user-friendly booking system using Wix, ensuring an intuitive user experience (UX) with easy access to bookings and real-time response to online queries via mobile devices.
Integrated multiple payment gateways, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, to offer greater flexibility and convenience in payment methods.
Introduced automated email notifications for both the client and parents upon booking confirmation, enhancing user engagement and preventing payment disputes.
Created a terms and conditions page with a mandatory confirmation checkbox, ensuring user compliance and clear communication of policies.

Following the implementation of the new UI design:
The website is now fully functional, offering parents the capability to pay, plan, and schedule sessions in advance. This has resulted in a smoother user experience, heightened customer satisfaction, and a remarkable 61% increase in bookings.
Positive feedback indicates that parents appreciate the convenience of paying via ApplePay/GooglePay, resulting in higher conversion rates and improved retention of customers.
The website has experienced an increase in earned SEO rankings, enhancing its visibility and reach. This has led to a boost in organic traffic and a broader audience reach, ultimately contributing to the club's growth and success.
CONCLUSION
The transformation of Forza Skillz's website has resulted in tangible improvements in user experience and operational efficiency. Parents can now navigate the platform seamlessly, enhancing their engagement with the club and facilitating smoother operations for the owner. During the client's hiatus periods, an annual redesign is undertaken to keep the website current. This ensures that the content, prices, and packages are updated according to the latest trends and user preferences.
