AND Digital
Given the confidentiality agreements with clients, my portfolio will provide a brief overview of my projects.
Azzurri Group
I joined a cross-functional team and contributed to the Beta phase of Openr, a platform utilised by numerous Azzurri Group restaurant staff. This involved facilitating user testing sessions, conducting secondary research, engaging with stakeholders, and addressing issues identified by both stakeholders and users. Additionally, I worked on the design and prototyping using Figma.
Aviva
I joined an agile scrum team as a UX/UI Designer to support the imminent release of Aviva's enhanced mobile app. My responsibilities included ensuring that the Figma designs for critical app features and accessibility were prepared for refinement sessions and stakeholder meetings. I collaborated with developer/QA teams to pinpoint and resolve bugs. In the accessibility tasks, I focused on identifying and labelling markups for the screen reader.
Mars Wrigley
I played a key role as a UX/UI Designer in a 5-member team dedicated to revamping and enhancing the existing mobile app design. I shared responsibility in creating and refining Figma designs, incorporating stakeholder feedback and insights from primary research to drive the project's success. This was a very demanding client as there was a quick turnover.
Wagamama
Wagamama is working on improving their customer loyalty. My responsibilities involved coordinating and reaching out to user testers through Prolific. Additionally, I utilised Lookback software to assist user testing sessions, capturing insights and compiling them into a video for playback sessions. Furthermore, I contributed to designing solutions for identified issues and presented them to stakeholders.
Client Pitch Deck Redesigns
I was tasked with redesigning presentation decks intended for upcoming client pitches. My role involved analysing the client's branding elements and effectively integrating them with AND's branding to develop decks that were not only functional but also visually appealing.
